Obowiązuje od 4 października 2026 r.

W skrócie: zbieramy tylko to, co potrzebne do działania konta i zdjęć. Nie używamy reklam ani narzędzi śledzących. Zdjęcie Twojej twarzy przekazujemy wyłącznie generatorowi zdjęć i sami go nie przechowujemy.

1. Administrator

Administratorem danych osobowych jest twórca prowadzący serwis Manikun. Kontakt: kontakt@manikun.pl.

2. Jakie dane i po co

Bez logowania możesz układać sceny i kopiować Maniscrypt. Ustawienia (np. poziom, głos Manikuna, obejrzany tutorial) zapisują się tylko w pamięci Twojej przeglądarki i nie są do nas wysyłane.
Konto (logowanie przez Google): adres e-mail, imię i nazwisko z profilu Google oraz identyfikator konta Google. Cel: założenie i obsługa konta (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
Ekipa: zapisane przez Ciebie Manimale i Manito (np. gatunek, umaszczenie, przedmiot, kolor), żeby można było użyć ich w kolejnych scenach. Cel: obsługa konta (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO). Usuniesz je w każdej chwili w Rzeczy › Ekipa.
Udostępnione sceny (gdy stukniesz „Udostępnij scenę”): ustawienia sceny i jej krótki opis zapisujemy pod linkiem, który może otworzyć każdy, kto go dostanie. Do ograniczenia liczby linków zapisujemy skrót (hash) adresu IP, nie sam adres. Podstawa: Twoje działanie (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO). Link usuniemy na prośbę wysłaną na adres kontaktowy.
Kredyty: historia przyznanych, zużytych i zwróconych Kredytów. Cel: rozliczenie usługi (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
Zdjęcia od AI: treść Maniscryptu, format kadru, układ sceny (do funkcji „Zrób podobne”), wygenerowane zdjęcia i czas ich wykonania. Cel: wykonanie zdjęcia i prowadzenie Twojej biblioteki „Moje zdjęcia” (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).
Zdjęcie twarzy (funkcja „Z moją twarzą”, tylko gdy jej użyjesz): zdjęcie jest przesyłane bezpośrednio do magazynu dostawcy generatora (Higgsfield) jako plik tymczasowy i służy wyłącznie do wykonania tego jednego zdjęcia. Nie zapisujemy go w naszej bazie ani nie używamy do rozpoznawania osób. Podstawa: Twoja zgoda wyrażona przez wgranie zdjęcia (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO). Wynikowe zdjęcie trafia do Twojej biblioteki i możesz je usunąć w każdej chwili.
Zdjęcie produktu (funkcja „Z moim produktem” w Manito, tylko gdy jej użyjesz): tak samo jak zdjęcie twarzy – trafia do dostawcy generatora jako plik tymczasowy wyłącznie do wykonania tego zdjęcia i nie zapisujemy go w naszej bazie. Nie wgrywaj zdjęć, na których widać osoby albo dane osobowe.
Dane techniczne: adres IP i podstawowe informacje o zapytaniach przetwarzane przez dostawcę hostingu w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa i działania Serwisu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO – prawnie uzasadniony interes).
Płatności (po ich uruchomieniu): dane płatnicze przetwarzać będzie operator płatności, którego wskażemy w tej Polityce przed uruchomieniem sprzedaży. Obecnie płatności nie są prowadzone.

3. Pliki cookie i pamięć przeglądarki

mk_s – ciasteczko sesji (niezbędne): utrzymuje zalogowanie przez 30 dni lub do wylogowania.
Tymczasowe ciasteczko logowania (niezbędne): zabezpiecza logowanie przez Google, usuwane po zalogowaniu, najpóźniej po 10 minutach.
Pamięć przeglądarki (localStorage): Twoje ustawienia w aplikacji; nie są wysyłane na serwer.

Nie używamy ciasteczek reklamowych ani analitycznych, dlatego nie prosimy o zgodę na cookies.

4. Komu przekazujemy dane

Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting, baza danych i przechowywanie zdjęć; także darmowe zdjęcia (Cloudflare Workers AI otrzymuje treść Maniscryptu, bez Twojego e-maila i imienia).
Google – logowanie (Google Sign-In) oraz czcionki strony (Google Fonts, przy wczytaniu strony Google otrzymuje adres IP).
Higgsfield – generowanie zdjęć: otrzymuje treść Maniscryptu i – jeśli użyjesz tej funkcji – zdjęcie twarzy albo produktu. Nie otrzymuje Twojego e-maila ani imienia.

Część tych podmiotów przetwarza dane poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym (m.in. w USA). Odbywa się to na podstawie decyzji Komisji Europejskiej (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) lub standardowych klauzul umownych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję.

5. Jak długo

Dane konta i historia Kredytów – do usunięcia konta.
Zdjęcia od AI – przechowujemy 5 ostatnich; starsze usuwamy automatycznie po zrobieniu nowego. Każde zdjęcie możesz wcześniej zapisać na swoim urządzeniu albo usunąć w „Moich zdjęciach”.
Zdjęcie twarzy albo produktu u dostawcy generatora – jako plik tymczasowy, usuwany automatycznie przez dostawcę.
Sesja – 30 dni lub do wylogowania.

6. Twoje prawa

Masz prawo do dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przeniesienia, sprzeciwu oraz do wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie (bez wpływu na wcześniejsze przetwarzanie). Aby skorzystać z tych praw albo usunąć konto, napisz na kontakt@manikun.pl. Masz też prawo wnieść skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

7. Pozostałe informacje

Podanie danych jest dobrowolne, ale bez konta Google nie można korzystać ze zdjęć w Serwisie.
Nie podejmujemy decyzji opartych wyłącznie na zautomatyzowanym przetwarzaniu i nie profilujemy użytkowników.
Serwis jest przeznaczony dla osób, które ukończyły 16 lat (młodsze – za zgodą rodzica lub opiekuna).
O zmianach tej polityki informujemy w Serwisie.

Privacy Policy

Effective from 4 October 2026. The Polish version above prevails in case of discrepancies.

In short: we collect only what is needed for accounts and photos. No ads, no trackers. Your face photo is passed only to the photo generator and we do not store it.

1. Controller

The controller of personal data is the creator who operates Manikun. Contact: kontakt@manikun.pl.

2. What data and why

Without signing in you can build scenes and copy the Maniscrypt. Settings (e.g. level, Manikun’s voice, tutorial seen) are kept only in your browser’s storage and are not sent to us.
Account (Google Sign-In): e-mail address, name from your Google profile and Google account identifier. Purpose: creating and running your account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Crew: the Manimals and Manitos you save (e.g. species, coat, item, colour) so you can reuse them in later scenes. Purpose: running your account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can delete them at any time in Things › Crew.
Shared scenes (when you tap “Share scene”): the scene settings and a short description are stored under a link that anyone who receives it can open. To limit the number of links we store a hash of the IP address, not the address itself. Legal basis: your action (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete a link on request sent to the contact address.
Credits: history of granted, used and returned Credits. Purpose: accounting for the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
AI photos: Maniscrypt text, frame format, scene layout (for “Make similar”), generated photos and their timestamps. Purpose: generating photos and keeping your “My photos” library (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Face photo (“With my face”, only if you use it): uploaded directly to the generator provider’s storage (Higgsfield) as a temporary file and used only to create that photo. We do not store it in our database or use it to identify people. Legal basis: your consent given by uploading the photo (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The resulting photo goes to your library and you can delete it at any time.
Product photo (“With my product” in Manito, only if you use it): handled like the face photo – sent to the generator provider as a temporary file only to create that photo, not stored in our database. Please do not upload photos showing people or personal data.
Technical data: IP address and basic request information processed by our hosting provider for security and operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
Payments (once launched): payment data will be processed by a payment provider that we will name in this Policy before sales start. No payments are processed at the moment.

3. Cookies and browser storage

mk_s – session cookie (strictly necessary): keeps you signed in for 30 days or until you sign out.
Temporary sign-in cookie (strictly necessary): secures Google Sign-In, removed after sign-in or within 10 minutes.
Browser storage (localStorage): your app settings; not sent to the server.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies, so no cookie consent is requested.

4. Recipients

Cloudflare, Inc. – hosting, database and photo storage; also free photos (Cloudflare Workers AI receives the Maniscrypt text, without your e-mail or name).
Google – sign-in (Google Sign-In) and web fonts (Google Fonts receives your IP address when the page loads).
Higgsfield – photo generation: receives the Maniscrypt text and, if you use the feature, your face or product photo. It does not receive your e-mail or name.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area (including the USA), based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Account data and Credit history – until the account is deleted.
AI photos – we keep your 5 most recent; older ones are deleted automatically when a new one is made. You can save any photo to your device or delete it earlier in “My photos”.
Face or product photo at the generator provider – temporary file, deleted automatically by the provider.
Session – 30 days or until you sign out.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). To exercise these rights or delete your account, e-mail kontakt@manikun.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or the authority in your country.

7. Other information

Providing data is voluntary, but photos in the Service require a Google account.
We make no decisions based solely on automated processing and do not profile users.
The Service is intended for persons aged 16 or over (younger – with parental consent).
Changes to this policy are announced in the Service.
