Polityka zwrotów i reklamacji
Obecnie nie sprzedajemy pakietów Kredytów ani nie przyznajemy Kredytów, a „Zdjęcie od AI” jest wyłączone. Poniższe zasady zaczną obowiązywać po uruchomieniu sprzedaży; wtedy uzupełnimy je o operatora płatności.
1. Kredyty jako usługa cyfrowa
- Manikun oferuje pakiety Kredytów, za które generuje się zdjęcia AI w Serwisie.
- Kredyty trafiają na konto natychmiast po potwierdzeniu płatności. Kredyty nie wygasają.
2. Prawo do odstąpienia od umowy (konsumenci)
- Możesz odstąpić od umowy zakupu pakietu Kredytów w ciągu 14 dni od zakupu bez podawania przyczyny i otrzymać pełny zwrot, jeśli nie wygenerowałeś żadnego zdjęcia z zakupionego pakietu.
- Przed zakupem prosimy o wyraźną zgodę na rozpoczęcie świadczenia usługi przed upływem terminu do odstąpienia od umowy oraz o potwierdzenie przyjęcia do wiadomości, że z chwilą wygenerowania pierwszego zdjęcia z pakietu tracisz prawo do odstąpienia (art. 38 ust. 1 pkt 1 i 13 ustawy o prawach konsumenta). Pole zgody nie jest zaznaczone domyślnie, a zgodę potwierdzamy w potwierdzeniu zakupu.
- Po wygenerowaniu pierwszego zdjęcia z pakietu cały pakiet nie podlega zwrotowi – niewykorzystane Kredyty zostają na koncie i nie wygasają.
- Darmowe Kredyty (5 na start) nie podlegają zwrotowi ani wymianie na pieniądze.
3. Nieudane zdjęcia i awarie
- Jeśli zdjęcie nie powstanie z powodu błędu systemu, awarii generatora, anulowania przed rozpoczęciem pracy albo odrzucenia opisu przez generator, Kredyty wracają na konto automatycznie.
- Jeśli zauważysz, że Kredyty nie wróciły, napisz do nas z datą i godziną zdjęcia – skorygujemy saldo ręcznie.
- Jeśli trwała usterka po naszej stronie uniemożliwia korzystanie z zakupionego pakietu, przysługuje Ci zwrot proporcjonalny do niewykorzystanych Kredytów, niezależnie od zasad z punktu 2.
4. Jak złożyć wniosek
- Napisz na kontakt@manikun.pl, podając adres e-mail konta i numer zamówienia z potwierdzenia zakupu.
- Zwrot trafia na tę samą metodę płatności, w terminie zgodnym z zasadami operatora płatności i Twojego banku. Odpowiadamy na reklamacje w ciągu 14 dni.
Refund Policy
Credit packs are currently not sold and no Credits are granted; the “AI photo” feature is disabled. The rules below will apply once sales are launched; we will then add the payment provider.
1. Credits as a digital service
- Manikun sells Credit packs used to generate AI photos in the Service.
- Credits are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. Credits do not expire.
2. Right of withdrawal and refunds
- You may withdraw from the purchase of a Credit pack within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund, provided that no photo has been generated using the purchased pack.
- Before purchase we ask for your express consent to start performance before the withdrawal period ends and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once the first photo from the pack is generated. The consent box is not pre-ticked, and your consent is confirmed in the purchase confirmation.
- Once the first photo from a pack has been generated, the pack is non-refundable – unused Credits stay in your account and do not expire.
- Free starter Credits (5) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
3. Failed generations and outages
- If a photo is not created due to a system error, generator outage, cancellation before processing starts, or the generator rejecting the description, the Credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- If Credits were not returned, e-mail us with the date and time of the photo and we will adjust your balance manually.
- If a persistent fault on our side prevents you from using a purchased pack, you are entitled to a refund proportional to the unused Credits, regardless of section 2.
4. How to request a refund
- E-mail kontakt@manikun.pl with your account e-mail and the order number from the purchase receipt.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the time frames of the payment provider and your bank. We respond to complaints within 14 days.
